ramsbottom ground.pngWorkington Reds will play their postponed game at Ramsbottom on Tuesday, November 24.
Danny Grainger’s men should have travelled to play last season’s  main title rivals this Saturday but progress in the FA Trophy  means they are bound for Glossop North End instead.

Ramsbottom have picked-up an alternative League game on Saturday, as they are out of the Trophy, and they will host Prescot Cables.

A game in hand of Reds, and two points behind, they will go above them with a win as will Dunston who are alsoout of the Trophy and have been given a homeLeague clash with Ossett United.

Reds have a two point lead over Rammy, Dunstan and Colne who all have a game in hand. Colne have an attractive FA Trophy tie at South Shields.

Reds boss Grainger will be checking tonight on the fitness of striker Reuben Jerome after he limped off near the end of Saturday’s 3-0 win at Ossett.

Grainger has one or two other players nursing knocks and strains, but has confidence in the depth of his squad to be able to switch things around where necessary for the trip to Glossop.

Reds return to League action next Saturday with a home game against Marske United for which all 400 tickets (apart from any the opposition send back) have been sold.
