calebreak finish pups.pngHuntsman’s Nimrod is emerging as a possible rival to HTA senior table leader Miterdale Shadow after another win at Calebreak last night.

The Patterdale bitch had a ten lengths lead over Copperfield at the line, and didn’t really need help when her rival stopped. It meant Limber came through to take second and after finally sorting himself out Copperfield took third.

There was a thrilling finish to the puppy trail where Young Harry just edged-out Bretton, who had won the puppy maiden at the Premier Trails on Saturday.

Prospect Spring won the final trail of the evening, with Huntsman’s Novice and Super Sun next home in the open restricted which attracted a healthy field of 24.
