crazy and moores.pngMonday’s meeting at Potter’s Park paid the price for Sunday’s big turn-out at Helton.

There had been decent enough turn-outs at the previous meetings over the course but that didn’t detract from the quality of the contenders.

Crazy, for instance, the 2019 senior champion got off the mark for the season by leading home the small field in confident fashion. Limber, a previous course winner, was back in third place.

Jenny’s Quest had won previously over the course  and she again led in the small turn-out of pups, beating two of the Foxparkes.blue bolt.png

There was a similar small field for the open maidens and it was Blue Bolt who proved to be best on the night.
